  • Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and additional charges may apply.

  • Clients are responsible for the safety of their premises during the execution of services.

6. Intellectual Property

  • TAB Homes retains the copyright and intellectual property rights for all original designs, plans, sketches, and documentation unless explicitly transferred by agreement.

  • Clients may not replicate or reuse TAB Homes' designs without written permission.

7. Changes and Cancellations

  • Any changes to the agreed scope must be documented and may result in additional fees and/or changes to timelines.

  • Cancellation terms will be specified in the individual project agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable.

8. Warranty and Liability

  • TAB Homes strives for high-quality workmanship but does not guarantee that the design or services will meet the client’s subjective expectations.

  • TAB Homes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

  • Materials and products sourced from third parties carry their respective manufacturers’ warranties.

9. Third-Party Services

  • TAB Homes may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., carpenters, electricians).

  • We are not responsible for the actions, quality, or services provided by third parties unless directly contracted under TAB Homes.
